This is a secure online facility designed to allow you to check the status of your entitlement after a settlement has been reached. You can return using the link and access code provided to view your settlement when it becomes available and to process your claim by providing your preferred payment instructions.

When your claim becomes available you will receive a notification that your settlement statement is available.

To claim your settlement you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Confirm that the personal details we currently have for you are correct.
  2. To download and save a copy of your Settlement Statement.
  3. Choose to opt-out of the Settlement or to Accept the Settlement.
  4. On Accepting the Settlement you will need to select your preferred payment method from the options provided.
  5. If applicable, you can declare if the settlement is tax exempt or lodge a tax declaration.
  6. Declare your acceptance of the Settlement by agreeing to the Firms terms and conditions.
